Return & Refund Policy (Custom Items)


Thank you for supporting a small business! Please read our policy carefully before placing your order, especially for custom items.

Custom Orders — Final Sale

All custom and made-to-order items are final sale. Because each item is created specifically for you (based on your size, design choice, color selection, or personalization), we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on custom orders once production has started.


Order Accuracy


It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all details are correct before placing the order, including but not limited to:


• Nail sizes


• Design selections


• Colors, shapes, and lengths


• Personalization details


We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.


Damaged or Incorrect Items


If your order arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.


To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must provide:


• Clear photos or videos of the issue


• Your order number


• Original packaging (if applicable)



Once reviewed and approved, we will offer:


• A replacement of the same item or


• A store credit (refunds are issued only if replacement is not possible)Shipping Issues



Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance. If shipping insurance was purchased, claims must be filed through the carrier.
